The Middle East Leadership Initiative and the Aspen Global Leadership Network mourns the loss of Class 3 Fellow Emile Cubeisy, who passed away on January 3. Emile was taken away too quickly, and our thoughts go out to his family. He was a great leader, mentor, and friend to many in Jordan, the Middle East, and beyond, having huge impact not only through his work in the start-up industry, but also through his kindness and heart. He believed in the power of people, and as this article demonstrates, Emile will be missed terribly, but his legacy will never be forgotten.
