The ideal candidate would be someone with demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in communicating complex investment content and analysis in a way that audiences can understand, relate to and act on. A background in financial journalism would be highly applicable, along with previous experience at a financial institution. Responsibilities will include:

• Serve as the go-to resource for the CIO Americas in preparing for all appearances and meetings, including preparation of talking points, speeches, presentations, and briefing materials.

• Work alongside our media relations team to leverage CIO insights that strengthen UBS's reputation as a thought leader in the eyes of the press and the public.
• Optimize the time and impact of the CIO Americas and the rest of the CIO senior leadership team by helping to vet, organize and manage the agenda for internal and external engagements so that resources are aligned with the firm's business priorities.
• Contribute to high-profile and widely distributed editorial content and research reports that will be delivered to our top clients and the financial media.
• Further build out the CIO Americas social media presence by developing and executing a content plan that reaches our audience in a digital, shareable way.
• Proactively surface opportunities to engage with key stakeholders to bolter CIO’s position at the heart of UBS’s investment content offering
