Toya Hampton is an attorney at Toya Hampton Attorney at Law, LLC in Charleston, South Carolina. Toya has practiced law since 2000, and focuses on real estate transactions, Probate administration, and municipal law. Toya served as an elected member of the Charleston County School Board of Trustees, including as its Chair in 2009. She currently serves on boards for Historic Charleston Foundation, Synovus Bank, Wings for Kids and the Center for Heirs Property. Hampton has previously participated in the Diversity Leadership Initiative, the Urban Land Institute and served as chair of the Charleston Board of Architectural Review. Toya received her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, and her bachelor of arts in communications from the University of Washington. She is a Fellow of the third class of the Liberty Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
