Tania is Executive Director of Travel Mall Company, a tourism enterprise and an expert in international relations, public administration and private initiatives. Graduated in International Relations from the University of El Salvador with a Master's degree in Political Management from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and conducting studies on business management and entrepreneurship at Algonquin College, Canada. Her first professional experience was in the field of hospitality and tourism giving, with his training and leadership, a leap of quality to the family business Travel Mall. In 2009 she began her career in the Public Administration as Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of El Salvador from where she coordinated the activities of the ministerial branch and acted as a liaison between the chancellery and the diplomatic corps. In 2013 she took over as an Advisor to the office of the Secretary-General of the Central American Integration System from where she conscripted important initiatives on regional cooperation, institutional communications and women's empowerments. In 2017 she was appointed as El Salvador’s Ambassador to Canada, where she promoted three key initiatives: the revival of the temporary worker’s program, the air navigation agreement, and the return of Canada's bilateral cooperation to El Salvador. He currently provides advice in his field of action and is developing a private project to achieve more significant tourism, brotherhood, and cooperation between Canada and El Salvador.
