Paul F. Anderson is a retired senior partner of Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. During his 40+ year career at Booz Allen, Mr. Anderson had a wide range of responsibilities and experiences. From 1975-1983, he was managing partner of the firm's activities in Europe from his base in Paris. He then became involved with the firm's work in the automotive industry where he helped form and then lead the firm's global Automotive Practice and where he practiced for the rest of his Booz Allen career. During his last four years with the firm, Mr. Anderson was responsible for rebuilding the firm's presence in Japan. In his second tour of duty as the firm's Chief Personnel officer in the mid 90's, he also spearheaded a pioneering research and consulting effort in the area of organizational leadership working in partnership with the World Economic Forum. In addition to his work in the commercial world, Mr. Anderson has considerable experience in the not-for-profit sector both through his consulting work and through his membership on the Boards of the University of Chicago Medical Center, Lyric Opera of Chicago and The Aspen Institute. In 1968-69, Mr. Anderson served as a White House Fellow where he carried out assignments for the President's Science Advisor, the President's Domestic Advisor and in the Office of Economic Opportunity. Mr. Anderson is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Carnegie-Mellon University. He and his wife Mary reside in Chicago and have a home in Telluride, Colorado.
