Bio:
is founder and managing partner of Versata Capital, a boutique investment bank based out of Panama, serving clients with corporate finance and M&A advisory services. He also serves as Chairman of Executive Forums (Panama Chapter), a President/CEO peer group advisory board. Robbie’s previous experience includes leadership positions at Valor Capital, Dell, Grupo Financiero Uno, and Visa Latin America. He began early in his career as a management consultant for Bain & Company serving mainly Latin American clients in a diverse set of industries. Robbie earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard University. He serves on the board of directors of Cochez & Cia., CM Realty (REIT), and the Harvard Club of Panama; Also a member of the Biodiversity Museum’s Development Committee and a member of the advisory board of FranklinCovey Latin America North. Robbie lives in Panama with his wife Claudia and his two boys, Roberto and Sebastian. In his free time he enjoys running, biking, swimming and playing soccer. Robbie is a Fellow of the eleventh class of the Central American Leadership Initiative and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
