Bio:
Nikki Hall is director of regulatory strategy and services. Previously, she served a four-year term on the South Carolina Public Service Commission, elected in June 2010. She has prior judicial experience as a magistrate in Richland County. Nikki began her law career clerking for the Honorable Casey Manning in the Fifth Judicial Circuit of South Carolina. Following her clerkship, she served as a prosecutor in the Fifth Judicial Circuit. Nikki serves on the Energy Resources and the Environment Committee of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC) as well as on the NARUC subcommittee on Utility Market Access Partnership. She also serves on the Brookland Foundation Board, a nonprofit foundation supporting initiatives such as HIV/AIDS awareness, health and wellness promotion and elementary education tutoring. Nikki earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and her Bachelor of Arts in English from Spelman College. She is a Fellow of the eleventh class of the Liberty Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
