Bio:
Dhiren Shah is a trusted adviser to technology companies worldwide. He joined Citi in November 2021 as Chairman, Technology M&A. He was previously was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse and Greenhill. Until November 2005, Dhiren served as Managing Director and head of Morgan Stanley’s global technology banking group. He currently serves on the board of Camfed USA Foundation, which supports girls' education in Ghana, Malawi, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Dhiren and his wife Katie live in New York City and have four children. Dhiren is a 2005 Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
