Bio:
Dhiren Shah advises technology companies on mergers and acquisitions. He joined Credit Suisse in October 2015 as Managing Director and Head of Financial Sponsors M&A. Previously he was a Managing Director at Greenhill & Co. Until November 2005, Dhiren served as Managing Director and head of Morgan Stanley’s global technology banking group. He currently serves on the board of Camfed USA Foundation, which supports girls' education in Ghana, Malawi, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Dhiren, his wife Katie and their four children live in New York City. Dhiren is a 2005 Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
