Susan Patrick is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the International Association for K-12 Online Learning (iNACOL). iNACOL is a nonprofit association focused on policy advocacy, research on best practices, next generation learning models, professional development and networking, publishing national quality standards, driving the emerging field of competency-based, online and blended learning forward.. iNACOL is the leading voice for the emerging field of online and blended learning and the largest active community of practice pushing comprehensive systemic transformation to student-centered learning. Susan is committed to leading systems change, drawing from practice to inform policy, toward high-quality, personalized, student-centered learning. She is the former Director of the Office of Educational Technology at the U.S. Department of Education. Prior, Patrick worked for Governor Hull in Arizona as legislative liaison on technology policy issues. She was a Site Director for Old Dominion University's TELETECHNET distance learning program. Susan is a Fellow of the 11th class of the Pahara-Aspen Education Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
