Title and Organization:
I have a lifelong passion for helping youth from under resourced communities gain access to education and have pursued that passion throughout my career. After completing my undergraduate studies at Yale, I spent 4 years working as an undergraduate admissions professional at both Yale and Barnard. I left admissions work to pursue a Masters of Education at Harvard Graduate School of Education, concentrating on Administration, Planning and Social Policy with the goal of understanding structures that contribute to the marginalization of underserved communities and the programming and policies that support systemic change in education. After Harvard, I worked in several roles, including, program director for an education startup and public high school administrator. For the past several years, I have been a full time mom and I am now venturing back into the work of helping youth from underserved communities gain access to quality education.
