Title and Organization:
Namita Khasat is a versatile C-suite executive who masterfully blends sound people skills with broad business acumen to provide strategic business leadership in industries facing dynamic or volatile environments. She excels in leading successful large scale transformative initiatives, optimizing financial management processes in complex statewide and multi state operations.
For her current position she was sought out by the globally renowned Aspen Institute and selected by CEO Walter Isaacson as the first EVP of Finance and Administration, Corporate Treasurer and CFO. Under her leadership, the quality of the accounting, financial, investments, legal, contracts, corporate insurance, safety & security, HR, IT, facilities including 40 and 1100 acre conference campus functions have created an effective partner for meeting The Institute’s mission. She identified and led expansion into safety and security, enterprise risk assessment, and establishment of a financial sustainable corporate governance model.
She currently is on the Board of and Chairs the Finance and Audit Committee of the Service Year Alliance Board that’s chaired by Stan McCrystal, United States Army retired four-star general.
Namita has two Masters degrees and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Georgetown. She is a top ranker and gold medal holder in her Masters in Organizational development.
