Evan Gramis joined The Wonderful Company in late 2018 as the Director of Events. Evan brings with him twelve years of experience in the political, nonprofit and corporate sectors, with a focus on event production and visual messaging. He focuses on delivering compelling event experiences with dynamic and memorable visual elements. Having produced events around the world, he brings a passion for engaging audiences in new and powerful ways while delivering a strong, targeted message.
Evan specializes in tight deadlines, short runways and finding common-sense solutions to complex problems. He is at home in larger-than-life venues and effectively manages high-profile events where every detail matters. He is a strong collaborator and takes pride in ‘sweating the small stuff.”
A Central Valley native, Evan is excited to be working with a company that is championing and building the future of the Valley. Prior to joining TWC, Evan served as the Director of the Markham Group’s Los Angeles office where he oversaw development, planning and execution of countless events for a wide range of corporate, nonprofit and political clients, including several top Fortune companies. Evan has served on the national advance teams for the Obama for America and Hillary for America campaigns as well as the Obama White House. His experience in political event management began with Obama for America in 2012 and he went on to serve as transportation manager for the 2013 Presidential Inaugural Committee. Evan’s early career began serving in the U.S. House of Representatives and he has consulted nationally and internationally for nonprofit groups and political campaigns.
Evan lives in Los Angeles with his wife and their new puppy and holds a B.A. in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College. When creating The Wonderful Company’s next big event, Evan can be found running for distance, scuba diving, or in line for LA’s latest food truck.
