Bio:
Uduak Amimo is the founder of Uduak Amimo Coaching & Consulting. Her mission is to equip individuals and organisations to leverage their strengths, amplify their impact, and build communities to advance social change. Previously, Uduak was a journalist and broadcaster. She is best known for her work at the Voice of America, the BBC and Citizen TV in Kenya, along with moderating Kenya’s first presidential debate during the 2013 general election. She founded Ramani Life Group to offer career guidance to students in low-income secondary schools in Kenya. She is also the founder of The Comms Table, a personal and professional development program for young communicators in Kenya. Uduak has an MA in Communication and Public Affairs from American University and a BA in International Relations (cum laude). She is a Tutu Fellow, an ALI Media Fellow, a Boehm Media Fellow and a Global Social Impact Fellow. She is the chairperson of the Advisory Board of the Baraza Media Lab, a donor-funded initiative to strengthen Kenya's public interest media; she also serves on the boards of the Uraia Trust in Kenya and AFRUCA-Safeguarding Children in the UK.
