Bio:
JC Glick is an experienced leadership consultant who advises at the strategic, operational, team and individual levels with a strong background in: senior level leadership, leadership development, crises action planning, leadership in high stress environments, moral and ethical decision making, executive personnel assessment and selection, strategy and developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
A retired LTC, he served as an Infantry Officer for 20 years, primarily serving in Special Operations/Missions Units. He has multiple deployments in support of operations worldwide, with 11 Combat Tours.
He holds a Masters Degree from the Naval War College and was a Senior Fellow in the Service Chief’s Fellowship at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).
He has earned three Bronze Stars, three Meritorious Service Medals, a Joint Commendation Medal and the Order of Saint Maurice, and selected to the 11th class of the Liberty Fellowship, class of 2016, a part of The Aspen Institute and the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
As a civic leader, JC is on a number of boards for veteran organizations that focus on veteran health benefits and transition. He also coaches lacrosse in his community, and enjoys developing young people.
