Dr. Angela Wang is Senior Vice President & Board Secretary of Neusoft Corporation, the leading IT solution and service provider in China. She is in charge of corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, international business development, and corporate branding & marketing. Having started as a software engineer at Neusoft, Angela has accumulated extensive experience in a wide variety of fields such as technology, business development, and corporate management in the past 16 years. She was promoted to Vice President of Neusoft Corporation in 2009 and Senior Vice President in 2011. In 2007, she was appointed as General Manager of the International Business Development Division and was dedicated to international business development to build alliance and partnership, as well as to explore overseas markets, especially in North America and Europe. Since 2000 she has successively served as Deputy General Manager of Neusoft Middleware Technologies, Director of Mobile Internet Division, and Deputy Director of Advanced Automotive Electronic Technology Research Center. Angela studied at Northeastern University in China and received her Ph.D. degree in computer application. She is a member of the inaugural class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
