Bio:
Cassandre Danoux is a Partner at McKinsey & Company in London. She leads the Joint Ventures & Alliances service line globally and is a leader of the M&A Practice. Prior to this role, she was an investment banker and founding member at Ondra Partners, a corporate finance and strategy advisory firm created in 2008. Ondra Partners was recognized with the 'Best Independent Investment Bank' award in 2012 by Euromoney Investor. Previously, Cassandre worked in the Energy and Natural Resources mergers and acquisitions team at Lehman Brothers in London and prior to that, she was an equity derivatives proprietary trader for JP Morgan. In 2013, Cassandre was selected by Financial News, a London-based financial industry publication, for their annual 40 under 40 Rising Stars in Investment Banking award. She is actively involved in charities which focus on helping young people in difficult circumstances by being a mentor to young girls from disadvantaged backgrounds as well as to a number of young professionals in finance. Cassandre is a graduate from French engineering school, Ecole Centrale Paris. She holds a master's degree from the London School of Economics in political economy and a bachelor's degree from Sorbonne University in international economics. She is married with three children. Cassandre is a Fellow of the 2017 class of the Finance Leaders Fellowship and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
