Bio:
Emma Wang is Managing Director of FountainVest Partners, focusing on value creation at both investment and post-investment stages. Previously, she was Chief Growth Officer at Ping An’s OneConnect Financial Technology, and Noah Holding's Chief Strategy and Talent Officer. Prior to that, she was a global Partner at Egon Zehnder, a world leading senior executive search and leadership strategy consulting firm, where she led the firm's Financial Services and Private Equity Practices in China. Before that, Emma was an Associate Principal with McKinsey & Company, based in Hong Kong and Shanghai, working with the Corporate Finance Practice focusing on M&A advisory for local and multinational clients. Earlier, Emma worked with Philip Morris International, based in the US, China, and Switzerland, and with Foreign Affairs Office of Guangzhou Municipal Government in China. Emma is a charter holder of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and received her MBA degree from Baruch College, City University of New York and BA in International Business from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. Emma is a Fellow of the sixth class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
