In my previous role as the Healthcare Digital GM at General Electric (GE) for the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey, I focused on enhancing precision health using advanced technologies like the Edison platform, cloud solutions, AI, and analytics. I consistently explored and implemented cutting-edge solutions to improve clinical outcomes.
I had the privilege of being the Interim CEO of G42 Healthcare Group, contributing to pivotal initiatives such as Abu Dhabi's Sovereign Health Cloud and the Human National Genomic Program. Additionally, I drove digital cloud transformation at Microsoft across 79 countries and played a key role in developing Honeywell MEA's IoT Healthcare business.
Recognized as one of the 2021 Arabian Business Top 100 Most Influential Women in the Arab World, I have received awards for my contributions to technology and leadership. My 15 years at IBM included significant milestones: I was the first Saudi woman to run an industry in the Kingdom and I hired the first 30 Saudi women to work in IBM's Riyadh offices, helping to bring women into the workforce in a segregated society in 2012. These experiences have been vital in fostering diversity and empowerment.
