Blair is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in building and scaling successful businesses, brands and teams.
As Founder & CEO of Denim, a mobile SaaS solution for frontline workforce engagement, she led the company to successful acquisition by Paradox.ai in 2024.
As an operator, Blair spent 17 years at Cisco, where she was most recently Chief Marketing Officer. She oversaw significant brand growth and revenue generation leading global teams responsible for marketing, government affairs and corporate communications. She also played a key role in numerous acquisitions and new business ventures.
Blair serves/d as an independent board member for public and private companies across SaaS, Cybersecurity, Healthcare, and IT sectors. She offers deep expertise in strategy, GTM, finance, and governance, having led Compensation, Nomination & Governance and Transaction committees, as well as a member on Audit.
Blair is a recognized leader and speaker in leadership development and women’s initiatives in the workplace. She is a Fellow of the Aspen Institute's Henry Crown Fellowship program and serves as an advisor to numerous companies.
Blair holds a B.S. and an MBA from Drexel University, where she is a member of the Board of Trustees. She resides outside Annapolis, MD with her family.
