Bio:
Jason started his career in F500 as a design engineer and grew to successive roles in production management before joining Private Equity firms as a turnaround executive.
In 2007, Jason co-founded and was CEO of ADEX Machining Technologies, a manufacturer of precision 5-axis machined components for Boeing, GE Aviation, NASA, etc., which he sold in 2014 to a larger private equity firm.
Jason then managed M&A and was President of Kencoa Aerospace, a subsidiary of Korean based Kencoa Group, where he lead acquisition, rebranding and over 268% growth in first year post acquisition, and was awarded Lockheed Elite Supplier of the year for performance on the Orion Space initiative and military aircraft programs.
Jason now leads his new startup Acclaim Aerospace, based in Atlanta GA area, which has rapidly grown as a Tier 1 & 2 supplier of advanced manufacturing components supplier to Boeing, SpaceX, Lockheed, Gulfstream, NASA and more.
Jason is also an advisory board member for multiple high-tech startups and mid-market advanced manufacturing companies. In spare time, Jason and his wife Rebecca enjoy travel and outdoor sportsmanship activities.
