Tonya Hinch has more than 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, retail and consumer packaged goods for multiple Fortune 500 companies. She currently serves as Executive Director of the Henry Crown Fellowship, the Aspen Institute’s flagship initiative for entrepreneurial leaders, where she supports almost 500 C-suite corporate directors and entrepreneurs. She also serves as Chairperson of Hinch & Associates, a regional insurance agency where she formerly served as CEO before exiting the family business. Hinch is the founder of LifePlanning Unlimited, a coaching and seminar business that supports women in areas such as “Raising Your Cash IQ”, Now What…My Spouse is Gone”, and “Retiring Backwards”. Prior to this, she was Executive Vice President of Operations for Edison Schools, where she was responsible for $500MM in revenue for 100 schools, delivering $60MM in gross site margin while creating operating structure and people infrastructure to support 40% annual growth. Formerly, she served Ultrafem as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales, General Manager, Healthcare at Neutrogena, and Senior Product Manager, New Product Development for Clairol. She began her career at Procter & Gamble after graduating from the University of Tennessee. Hinch is a board member with Downtown Crossville, Inc. which is her Henry Crown Fellow Leadership Venture. She sits on the Board of Directors and audit committee for One Bank, a regional community bank in Tennessee. She is a contributing writer for Knife World Magazine. Hinch is a 2007 Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute, and a member and moderator of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. She received a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Tennessee. Originally from Crossville, TN., Hinch currently resides in New York City with her husband Mike.
