Tracy Ma is the chief operating officer of Hillhouse Capital Management, Ltd. Previously, Tracy was a manager of the internal auditing department at China Securities Co.. Tracy holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an M.S. in Management from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a B.S. from Beijing Normal University. Tracy is a Fellow of the fourth class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
