Will Cai is a partner of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, a leading global law firm. At Skadden, Will mainly focuses on United States and Hong Kong capital market transactions, and major cross-border M&As. From 1997 to 2003, Will worked for the Supreme Court of China as a judicial clerk, where he acquired extensive experience and knowledge of the Chinese judiciary. Will has a passion for media and innovation. He founded Initium Media (theinitium.com), a prominent Hong Kong–based digital media platform that provides news, opinions and lifestyle content to Chinese-speaking readers worldwide. Will received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Stanford Law School, LL.M. from Temple University, and LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law. Will is a Fellow of the fourth class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
