Jiang Jiang is managing partner in the Shanghai office of Hylands Law Firm, a leading full-service law firm of China. Jiang worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China from 1993 to 1996 and started legal practice in 1996. He has extensive experience in dealing with international business and investment matters, with a focus on FDI, M&A, labor, real estate development, anti-trust, disposition of non-performing assets, and international financing. He is member of Shanghai Lawyers Association, All-China Lawyers Association, and International Co-Chair of Real Estate Practice Group of TerraLex, an international network of independent law firms. Jiang was named a leading Asian lawyer by Asialaw Magazine for many years since 2004. He was a Chevening Scholar in Oxford from 2001 to 2002 and received his MJur degree there. He earned his PhD in law from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Jiang is a Fellow of the third class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
