Dele Liu is Managing Director of Vesture Vesting Holdings Limited, an investment holding company. Dele serves as Trustee of Episcopal High School and Board Director of Guancha Media. He is an advisor to HD Education Group and Smart Class Edetech Group. He is also a guest professor at Shanghai Maritime University. Dele was previously president and Board director of Youku Tudou Inc., a leading Internet video company in China. Before becoming president, Dele was chief financial officer of Youku Inc. from 2006 to 2010. Earlier, he was vice president of Power Pacific Corporation Limited, a subsidiary of Power Corporation of Canada, from 1996 to 2005, during which time he also served on the board of directors of a number of companies. In 2001, Dele completed an executive program, Program for Management Development (PMD) at Harvard Business School. Dele earned his Bachelor's degree in economics from Shanghai Maritime University. Dele is a Fellow of the third class of the China Fellowship Program and a fellow of Sansi Institute.
