Henry Hua is the founder and CEO of IDFsoft, a startup company focusing on mobile game and gamification. Henry is the cofounder and chairman of Shanghai 5G Group, a user group and community of entrepreneurs in the area of Internet, new media and new ideas. Henry also serves as vice-chairman of Shanghai Informatization Youth Talent Association. Henry was the chairman of NCsoft China since November 2008. Prior to that, Henry and his partner formed Media Communication Group, an outdoor digital media company, which now owns the biggest LED media network in China. During 1997-2006, Henry held various positions in Microsoft. He was the founding member and one of top executives of Microsoft Global Engineering Center. Henry holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Statistics from Fudan University in China.
