Wei Zhu is the vice president of Valeo CDA China, a business unit of Valeo which is a foretune 500 company and the world leader in auto parts industry. Before joining Valeo, Wei was the CEO and founder of Ablerpower Co., an auto parts startup company. Wei worked in America for Cummins Inc. from 2004 to 2009 , and was promoted to become the global General Manager for Oil & Gas Business Unit of Cummins Power Generation, the 1st Chinese global GM in Cummins. Before coming to the US in 2002, Wei was the 1st employee of Mercedes-Benz Commerial Vehicle BU in China, participated in founding the Mercedes-Benz JV with SEM. Before joining Mercedes, Wei worked in Chinese government as the foreign affair assistant to the Ministers of Ministry of China Aerospace. A native Chinese, Wei acquired MBA degree from Yale University and engineering degree from University of Science & Technology of China. Wei is also a certified lawyer of P.R.China. Wei is a Fellow of the second class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
