Bio:
Wang Xing is the founder and chief executive officer of Meituan.com, the largest daily deals and local commerce company in China. Prior to this, he founded Fanfou.com, the first micro-blogging site in China. In 2005, he co-founded Xiaonei.com and served as chief executive officer until it was acquired by Oak Pacific. Xiaonei.com became the largest college social networking site in China, which was renamed Renren.com, and went public in 2011. Wang Xing received a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from Tsinghua University in 2001 and a master's degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Delaware in 2004. Xing is a Fellow of the second class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
