Bio:
Yan Sun is partner of Egon Zehnder, and leads the firm's Private Equity Practice and Leadership Assessment & Development service in China. Her major expertise is in advising investors in their people-related investment decision making, building and developing high caliber leadership teams to cope with growth, global expansion, and competitive turnaround. Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Yan was a principal with Boston Consulting Group focusing on the technology sector. Before working at BCG, Yan worked as the business development director with Danaher Corporation, case team leader with Bain & Company, and project manager with Mitsubishi Corporation. She lectures at EMBA programs for corporate leaders and is actively helping entrepreneurs make more informed people decisions. She holds an MBA degree with Leadership Potential Award from INSEAD and a B.A. in Economics with Honors from Peking University. Yan is a Fellow of the third class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
