Bio:
Allen B. Ward, PE, is president of Ward Edwards in Bluffton, a regional design firm committed to sustainable land development. Allen is chairman of the board of the Hilton Head Island Institute and serves on the boards of Atlantic Community Bank, SC Chamber of Commerce, United Way of the Lowcountry, and Technical College of the Lowcountry. He is a former board member of the Coastal Carolina Medical Center and Beaufort County Council's Rural and Critical Lands. He graduated from Clemson University with a BS in civil engineering and an ME in environmental systems engineering. He is a Fellow of the second class of the Liberty Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
