Bio:
David Moody, President of Milliken Research Corporation, joined Milliken and Company in 1988 as a development chemist and subsequently held positions in marketing and business management. He currently manages Milliken's Apparel Division and coordinates the company's corporate research. Moody serves on the Board of the Institute of Textile Technology at North Carolina State; Wofford College's Presidential Advisory Board; the National Textile Center Industrial Board; and the University of South Carolina's Chemical Engineering Research Board. He was appointed Chairman of the South Carolina Research Authority in 2006. Moody holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Wofford College and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
