Bio:
Susan Lill is chief alignment officer of Align HR, a division of FGP International. Susan assists organizations with human resources services, employee surveys, and training, and specializes in diversity initiatives. She co-founded AERIE Engineering in 1998, and is the former chief human resources officer and vice president of ChanneLinx, a local e-commerce company. A certified HR professional in the United States and Canada, she holds a certificate in human resources management from Ryerson University. Susan serves on the Diversity Advisory Council at Greenville Hospital System and on BMW's Community Advisory Panel, and recently joined the YWCA Board of Directors. In 2005 Susan won the Athena Award presented by the Greenville Chamber of Commerce, and was the 2004 HR Professional of the Year awarded by the Greenville SHRM. Her education majors were in marketing and communications. She is a faculty member of Spartanburg Tech and Furman's Professional Development Center, and became a United States citizen on March 28, 2006. She is a Fellow of the second class of the Liberty Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
