Han Chen is the chief executive officer of Tian Rui Hotel Corporation, the developer of Super 8 hotels in China. During Han?s tenure, the company re-positioned to a franchise focused strategy, raised additional private equity from institutional investors, and grew from 70 to 800+ open hotels. Before Tian Rui, Han worked in the real estate private equity industry and served as the chief financial officer of a Chinese real estate company. A native of Beijing, Han received his MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Han is a Fellow of the third class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
