Cheryl Wilson Tien is a founding director of The Landing Pad, a firm providing professional services in the areas of business strategy and economic development solutions. She is also the founder and CEO of Charitable Choice, a social enterprise that supports the fundraising efforts of over 40 local charities in Hong Kong. Prior to commencing her journey of entrepreneurship, Cheryl held a senior management position within Invest Hong Kong, the award-winning inward investment promotion agency of the Hong Kong SAR Government. There she provided business strategy advice and facilitated market entry for over 100 foreign companies, generated over $800 million in investment and created over 3,000 employment opportunities across a range of industry sectors. Cheryl holds a Masters of International and Public Affairs from Hong Kong University and a bachelor's degree in both science and law from the University of Technology, Sydney in Australia. Cheryl is a Fellow of the second class of the China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
