Cathy Kenworthy is president and chief executive officer of Interactive Health, the leading independent provider of comprehensive, goal-driven worksite wellness solutions in the US. Through early detection and management of employee health risks with clinically rigorous processes and technology, Interactive Health lowers the cost of healthcare while improving health outcomes. Prior to joining Interactive Health in 2013, Cathy led customer service strategies at Cardinal Health. She also held product management, marketing, and operations roles at JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, and GE Capital. She has been a management consultant with McKinsey and Company and a financial analyst with an investment bank in New York. Cathy currently serves as an officer on the Goodman Theatre’s Board of Trustees and a member of the Midwestern Board of the American Heart Association and The Chicago Network. Previously she chaired the Education and Student Life Committee of Columbus Academy’s Board of Trustees. She was an inaugural mentor in 10-Xelerator, a New Venture Accelerator program supported by Ohio State University and the State of Ohio. Cathy earned her MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and she graduated from Georgetown University, magna cum laude, with a degree in chemistry and mathematics. She spent her junior year at The University of Edinburgh in Scotland, studying Russian history and literature. Cathy is an active alumna of MIT and Georgetown, interviewing high school students for undergraduate admissions. Cathy is a Fellow of the second class of the Health Innovators Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
