Bio:
Cathy Kenworthy, MS, is CEO of ConceiveAbilities, a member of the Board of Managers for Ascension Ventures, and CEO and founder of Health Hippo. Previously, Cathy served as president and CEO of a private equity-backed worksite wellness provider, doubling the size of that company over a 5-year time period. Previously, Cathy led customer service strategies at Cardinal Health. She also held general management roles at JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, and GE Capital. Cathy has been a management consultant with McKinsey and Company and a financial analyst with an investment bank in New York. She currently serves as Trustee for the Adler Planetarium, is a member of the Executive Committee and co-chair of the Nominating and Engagement Committee and is a member of The Chicago Network. Previously, she was an officer on the Goodman Theatre’s Board of Trustees, a member of the Midwestern Board of the American Heart Association, a director of The Chicago Network's Board, and chaired the Education and Student Life Committee of Columbus Academy’s Board of Trustees. She was an inaugural mentor in 10-Xelerator, a New Venture Accelerator program supported by Ohio State University and the State of Ohio. Cathy earned her MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and she graduated from Georgetown University, magna cum laude, with a degree in chemistry and mathematics. She spent her junior year at The University of Edinburgh in Scotland, studying Russian history and literature. Cathy is an active alumna of MIT and Georgetown, interviewing high school students for undergraduate admissions. Cathy is a Fellow of the second class of the Health Innovators Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
