Tanushree Hazarika is an entrepreneur, focusing on media & communications. Her latest venture is Atvi Infotainment, a content creation company, co-founded in 2018 which aims to inform & inspire audiences through digital media. The flagship brand of the company is EastMojo, a digital news product, focusing on covering stories from India's eastern most states.
She also runs, Tattva Creations, founded in 2010, an agency which provides digital-first, integrated marketing solutions. She started Brahmaputra Valley Film Festival in 2013, which has become a landmark event and a platform to connect budding and established film talents.
Tanushree is a business management graduate from Boston University's, School of Management and worked previously in MNCs like Fidelity and Morgan Stanley in the US before starting her entrepreneurial journey in India. Tanushree's first venture was Eclectic Northeast, a print magazine through which she highlighted lesser-known stories from Northeast India for 11 years. She received the Young Communicator award from the Symbiosis Institute in 2010 and the Outstanding Woman Achiever award by FICCI- FLO in 2013. She is an Aspen Fellow and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. She has also served as Jury in the 64th National Film Awards.
