Aradhana is the Founder and Managing Director at Manya Education Private Limited (MEPL) which is the largest operation of The Princeton Review (TPR) outside the US and provides Study Abroad Test Preparation, Overseas Admissions Counselling and Online tutoring. Aradhana is also a Co-Founder and Partner of Trivium Education Services Limited which is a Process Outsourcing Company focussed on the Education vertical. It offers services in assessment development, e-tutoring, online scoring and grading & content support to education companies globally. She is also serves on the board of Radiohms Agencies Limited (RAL), which is one of the India's prominent FMCG, Solar & Consumer Appliances products marketing companies. Aradhana holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Aradhana resides in New Delhi with her husband and their two children. She is a member of the Delhi chapter of EO and YPO. She is a Fellow of the fourth class of Kamalnayan Bajaj FellowshipFellows and the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
