Aradhana is the Founder and Managing Director at Manya Education Private Limited (MEPL) which was the largest operation of The Princeton Review (TPR) outside the US and provided Study Abroad Test Preparation, Overseas Admissions Counselling and Online tutoring. She successfully sold the business after running it for over 2 decades. Aradhana is also the Co-Founder of Trivium Education Services Limited which is an Education Process Outsourcing Company focussed on the Education vertical. It offers services in assessment development, e-tutoring, online scoring and grading & content support to education companies globally. She also serves on the board of National Innovation Foundation, Government of India. Aradhana holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Aradhana resides in New Delhi with her husband and their two children. She is a member of the Delhi chapter of EO and YPO. She is a Fellow of the fourth class of Kamalnayan Bajaj Fellows and the Aspen Global Leadership Network. She enjoys singing and is a seeker.
