Bio:
Saloni Malhotra is an entrepreneur at the intersection of technology and mission-driven innovation. She is the founder of DesiCrew, a digital services company delivering enterprise-grade AI/ML, data operations, and content moderation to global clients. With its distributed delivery model and 1600+ employees, the company is scaling rapidly to meet the digital transformation needs of clients across sectors.
She is also the co-founder of Reboot Wellness, a collective focused on making mental health support more accessible through therapy, training, and tech. Reboot serves clients across 12 countries and assists with therapy needs across aliments such as stress, anxiety, depression, addiction to name a few.
Saloni is also the co-author of Flip The Story (2025), a book on reframing emotional experiences. As a TEDx speaker and panelist, she’s known for connecting purpose to execution—whether it’s building scalable tech services, mentoring young founders, or advocating for digital well-being.
She previously served as Vice President at Paytm, India largest mobile payments company where she led early-stage bets in ads revenue, digital health and public platforms.
She sits on the board of Goonj, one of India’s most respected grassroots NGOs. Goonj pioneered the use of discarded material as a tool for dignity and development, and continues to lead powerful disaster relief efforts across the country.
She is currently exploring global expansion for DesiCrew’s delivery model.
When not working, she’s likely on a road trip with her dog Layla, chasing sunsets, good stories, and melodies.
