Bio:
Dr. Naomi Adjepong is the Director of Operations at Alpha Beta Education Centres, a family owned school based in Accra, Ghana. She has 12 years of managerial experience. In addition to her role as Director of Operations at Alpha Beta, she also serves as the Head of the Entrepreneurial Leadership Department. With the support of a dedicated team, she designed and implemented a full time leadership track called the Adinkrahene Leadership Program. The program for young people aged 11 to 18 years runs parallel to the academic curriculum. It provides an enriched educational experience ensuring that students gain exposure and develop the values, attitude and skills they need to succeed in the 21st century. She is the co-founder and board member of Emerge Leadership Ltd, which designs and runs leadership development programs for teenagers both in Ghana and the UK. She also serves as a Board Member for a number of organisations including Alpha Beta, Databank Group (a financial services company) and Alpha Beta Charitable Trust a charitable organization that works to improve the quality of life for people in disadvantaged communities in Ghana. Her most recent project, Skill Up Africa is a youth employment accelerator aimed at providing scalable solutions to the ever growing challenge of youth unemployment in Ghana. She is a Medical Doctor by profession and has earned a post graduate qualification in Managing Rural Development. Naomi is a Fellow of the fifth class of the Africa Leadership Initiative-West Africa and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
