Dr. Naomi Adjepong is the School Director at Alpha Beta Education Centres, a leading family-owned school in Accra, Ghana. With over 15 years of managerial experience, Dr. Adjepong previously served as Director of Operations and as Head of the Entrepreneurial Leadership Department at Alpha Beta.
Leveraging her expertise and the support of a dynamic team, she pioneered and implemented the Adinkrahene Leadership Program - a distinctive entrepreneurial leadership track for students aged 6 to 18. Running alongside the British National Curriculum, this program provides an enriched educational experience, fostering Christian values, as well as the attitudes and 21st-century skills necessary for student success.
Passionate about education, international development, entrepreneurship, employability skills, and educational strategy, Dr. Adjepong is particularly committed to leveraging education as a vehicle for job creation and empowerment for millions of African youth.
Dr. Adjepong holds a medical degree from the University of Manchester and a postgraduate qualification in Managing Rural Development from SOAS, University of London. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and developing a new startup at the Harvard Innovation Lab. She is also a certified Life Coach, a Fellow of the Africa Leadership Initiative-West Africa, and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
