Joseph Ampofo is the general manager of Enterprise Trustees Ltd in Accra, where he serves as leader of the business to deliver world class pensions, while managing all stakeholders to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. He is a passionate and results-oriented individual who is committed to hard work and bringing about change. Joseph is interested in golfing, travelling, meeting new people, acquiring and developing new skills. He completed a one year modular senior management development program from University of Stellenbosch Executive Program and had a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Ghana. He is an alumni of the West African Insurance Institute The Gambia.Joseph is a Fellow of the fifth class of the Africa Leadership Initiative-West Africa and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
