Bio:
Singilizwe Moko, Ph.D., is the chief director of HIV/AIDS/TB and Maternal, Child, Women’s Health, and Nutrition at the North West Department of Health. He published a book titled Implementation of the Antiretroviral Treatment Policy: An Evaluation of the Implementation of the Antiretroviral Treatment Policy in Amathole Health District of the Eastern Cape. He has also completed a second book to be published soon, titled Evaluation of Primary Health Care Policy: A case study at Chris Hani Health District. Singilizwe has a Doctorate of Philosophy in Social Sciences Developmental Studies, and has numerous diplomas and certificates in health and public management from several institutions around the country and the United States. Singilizwe is a Fellow of the tenth class of the Africa Leadership Initiative – South Africa and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
