Bio:
Kofi is an entrepreneurial leader with rich experience building products, teams and international partnerships to deliver innovative technology solutions. He co-founded Rancard which has delivered innovative cloud, artificial intelligence and data graph platforms, used by mobile networks and brands across multiple geographies and 80+ languages.
Prior to co-founding Rancard, Kofi worked at Dell in Austin Texas, where he earned a patent.
He has since worked with the Mastercard Foundation to empower young Africans to access dignified and fulfilling work in the digital economy, served on Ashesi University’s Corporate Advisory Council, and the governing board of Genius Hive Music Academy.
He is currently a non-executive director on the boards of Rancard holdings, of IC Asset Managers and of MTN Ghana.
He is a regular contributor on technology strategy and startups in a global and African context on platforms including Facebook F8, Techcrunch Startup Battlefield, World Bank Econothon, Springboard Global Convocation, Africa Com and other platforms.
Kofi has a computer engineering degree from Vanderbilt University, is a fellow of ALI-WA in the Aspen Global Leadership Network and a student of Shotokan Karate.
