Uwa Osa Oboh is the Head of Corporate Development at African Capital Alliance (ACA), a leading independent private equity firm investing in West Africa. At ACA, Uwa supports the firm’s institution building efforts by overseeing its strategy definition and implementation; its human resources objectives and programmes; as well as its external relations commitments. Prior to joining ACA, she worked for sixteen years at ReStraL Limited, a management consulting firm. There she led the firm as Chief Responsibility Officer/ CEO for eight years, working with clients on projects traversing Strategy and Governance development, Human Resources Consulting, Culture change efforts and Capacity development. Prior to joining ReStraL, Uwa worked in Corporate Finance and practiced law for about three years. She holds a B.L, an MBA and a post graduate Diploma in Economics. She is a fellow of the second class of the Africa Leadership Initiative-West Africa (ALIWA), a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
