Bio:
Dr. Yaw Perbi is a physician, pastor and president of International Student Ministries Canada (ISMC). He has practiced medicine in his home country, Ghana, and as a military captain with the United Nations Operation in Cote d'Ivoire. He served as the English pastor of a Chinese Alliance Church in Montreal for four years and has since 2015 been a catalyst of the Lausanne Movement, which describes Yaw has holding a “strategic global leadership role.”
A Fuller Seminary alumnus, Dr. Perbi's 15 books include Amazon bestseller ‘Thinking Outside the Window’. He is a renowned author-publisher, a sought-after preacher and motivational speaker, and life coach for scores of emerging leaders around the world (see www.yawperbi.com). He's served in some 45 countries on five continents. As an international speaker his audiences have ranged from pre-teens through professionals to presidents and has been the toast of media groups worldwide, including CNN, the National Press Club (Washington DC), VOA, CBC and BBC.
Yaw is the founder and Global CEO of The HuD Group (www.thehudgroup.ca), engaged in intentional holistic emerging leadership development in nearly 20 countries on all continents. He currently resides in the French city of Montreal, Canada with his graceful wife Anyele and six delightful home-schooled children. He owes all of this to Christ Jesus. He is a Fellow of the second class of the African Leadership Initiative-West Africa and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
