Bio:
Catherine Ngahu is a consultant at SBO Research Ltd in the areas of marketing, research, training, and communication strategy. She has consulted for a wide range of organizations including international agencies, regulatory agencies, public and private sector organizations in finance, manufacturing and ICT sectors in Africa. She is the chairman of Kenya Information and Communication Technology Board, senior lecturer at the University of Nairobi School of Business, and founder of SBO Research, a marketing research and consulting firm. She holds a bachelor of education (first class honors) and MBA from University of Nairobi. She spent one year as a business research fellow at the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, USA. Catherine has published extensively in the areas of marketing strategy, technology policy and quality management. She is also a member of different boards and professional societies. She is a Fellow of the inaugural class of the Africa Leadership Initiative-East Africa and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
