Bio:
Okechukwu Enelamah is the Co-founder and Chairman of African Capital Alliance (ACA), a leading independent investment management firm sponsoring funds and managing investments across a variety of sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa. He is the chief promoter of the Nigerian University of Technology & Management (NUTM) where he serves as Chairman of the Governing Board. Prior to holding these key positions, he served as the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Investment in the Federal Republic of Nigeria from 2015 to 2019 after working as Chief Executive Officer of ACA. Prior to ACA, he gained experience in Private Equity while working for Zephyr Management L.P. and Capital Zephyr Limited in New York and Johannesburg. Okey is a seasoned accountant with experience working with Arthur Andersen in Nigeria and London as well as Goldman Sachs in New York and London. He is a qualified medical doctor and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School where he was a Bakers Scholar. He is a Fellow of the inaugural class of the Africa Leadership Initiative-West Africa and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
