Yofi Grant is executive director of Databank Financial Services and chairman of Databank Brokerage Limited. He is also Director of GrantDupuis Investment Managers and Avodire Ltd , a residential development company and a holder of the first franchise for Coldwell Banker in Ghana. Prior to his joining Databank as associate director, he was at Cal Merchant Bank in a number of capacities, including head of capital markets. He served with the UNDP as a consultant in 2001-2002 on the Africa Asia Business Forum. He is an adjunct lecturer at the GIMPA Executive MBA course, the National Banking College and the West African Institute of Finance and Economic Management (WAIFEM). He has also been featured on CNN and BBC discussing the Ghanaian and African economies. Yofi was honored by the Metropolitan Trenton African American Chamber of Commerce and the State of New Jersey for promoting and facilitating business between Africa and African Americans and Africans in the Diaspora. He is chairman of Ghana Telecom One Touch Limited and Databank Brokerage Limited and a board member of the Advisory Council for the Ministry for Private Sector Development of Ghana. He also served as chairman of the Listing Committee of the Ghana Stock Exchange. He is a board member of xdsData and a number of other private companies in Ghana. Yofi holds a BS in psychology and studied for an MPhil in industrial and organizational psychology at the University of Ghana, Legon. He is a Fellow of the inaugural class of the Africa Leadership Initiative-West Africa and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
