Bio:
Ann is passionate about unlocking systems change through exploring personal and structural rigidity. She has an ethic of collaboration, empathy and vision that has run through her work in the environmental, education, health and social sectors. She has held several leadership positions in both business and civil society and is a skilled strategy, leadership and multistakeholder process facilitator. She currently lives and works in Cape Town, South Africa, where she is Executive Chairperson of the Two Oceans Aquarium Foundation a leading Ocean Conservation Organisation; a Founding Director of SOLVE, a micro city initiative of the V&A Watefront, for Building Better Futures and Co – Founder of DiiVe a global youth leadership organisation. She is a Synergos and Africa Leadership Initiative Fellow, a McNulty Laureate and serves on various not for profit boards.
