Bio:
Gale Lemmert is executive for organisational performance at Barloworld Motor. In this role she is responsible for designing and developing interventions and initiatives to ensure sustained value creation through employees. Prior to this she was a group strategy consultant at Barloworld responsible for managing and facilitating the Business Unit Strategy Analysis process. Gale completed a BA LLB degree at the University of Cape Town, and a MBA from Gonzaga University, Washington State, USA. In her spare time, Gale enjoys the spending time outdoors engaging in activities such as rock climbing and hiking. Gale also has two community related interests. She acts a mentor to the National Children's Theatre Trust, advising management on strategy and business issues as well as serves on the Board of Management of the Endangered Wildlife Trust. She is a Fellow of the fourth class of the Africa Leadership Initiative-South Africa and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
