Michelle is an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, a social entrepreneur and the co founder of the Indiba – Africa Group, a human rights focused development practice. She is a strategist, influencer and enabler offering clients from under trees to boardrooms innovative perspectives, insights and approaches for human centered change and institutional transformation in Africa.
She has substantive experience working with government, the private sector and civil society stakeholders on cross cutting legal, social and economic capacity building interventions, business and human rights integration, high impact skills and entrepreneurship development and technological advancement. Her personal and professional life is anchored around values based leadership and a firm commitment to social justice.
